Communicating in Color: Making the Differences
Work at Work!
This engaging and educational seminar gives you the tools to expand your sphere of influence through
enhanced insight into personality type and how it affects communication. Each particpant takes a self assessment, and receives a "color" to reflect their preferred mode of giving and receiving information.
Developed as a more accessible version of the Myers/Briggs personality-type test, this seminar teaches participants to identify their preferred style of communicating, and how to best reach other “types”. Core values, strengths, and needs are the springboards for self-improvement and understanding others.
When you understand and feel good about these discoveries, you can perform at your highest potential. You have the basis to motivate, communicate and achieve common goals with dignity, efficacy and respect.
