The best teams are diverse. There is strength in diversity, but there is also potential for confusion and misunderstanding! Everyone has a preferred style of getting the task done and communicating at work. In this seminar, we learn how to get along and appreciate the differences. First we gain an understanding of our own preferred style and then we learn how to assess and communicate with other personality types. Understanding creates respect; respect fosters productivity.
