About Joanie Badyna
Joan Badyna is the president of Spirit Communications, LLC. She earned a BA in Communication from Villanova University. Joanie also has extensive theater training and has been developing speakers since 1991.
Joanie’s vocation and expertise is working with teams who have highly technical backgrounds. Clients include physicians, PhDs, finance executives, accountants, attorneys and engineers. As the leader of Spirit Communications, Joanie provides training and motivation for groups of any size. Her engaging style and positive energy work to create a uniquely satisfying training experience!
Prior to creating Spirit Communications, Joanie was
a district sales director in the healthcare industry. Her background
in theater combined with her business experience enables her to blend
the creative and pragmatic aspects of corporate development.
