More than any other diversity issue, gender is always present! It exists not just in “the world”, but also in our own homes and families. Gender roles are continuing to evolve at home and at work, and we are in an age where understanding, not fear, is motivating our discovery!

This 90-minute interactive lecture explores the way men and women perceive and process their world, and how we express ourselves. We find out why gender differences exist, what it means to be “masculine” and “feminine” and how to understand and work with our differences.
